Villa Phivi
Villa Phivi is one of the three luxurious residences of Heliades Villas complex in
Kato Fellos, Andros Island in Greece. The villa of approximately 255 sq.m, is fully
furnished and equipped, situated in an amphitheatric estate in the South-West coast of
Andros. It is easily accessible throughout the year, has been designed with the use of
natural, environmental friendly materials, combining the Cycladic architecture with
the modern, satisfying the highest expectations of the tenants’ for luxury and comfort.
The villa with breathtaking view to Fellos bay and the green valley shaped between the mountains, extends into three levels, can accommodate up to (10) ten individuals, in five bedrooms and living spaces and is completely autonomous with exclusive landscaped garden of surface 740 sq.m, a 4 x 9 sq.m swimming pool and a parking area. The house has been built with great care and selective materials, such as marbles, wood and stone. The treatment of all materials is unique, – marbles of “Dionysos” with special obsolescence, carved stones and traditional dry stone walls.
The main entrance of the villa is located on the first level at the main living area (approx. 76 sq.m), which includes a large living-room (lounge – dining room) with fireplace, built-in electric-equipped kitchen and a WC.
From the marble stairs, one can reach the upper level (approx. 54 sq.m), which includes two bedrooms with wooden floors and a common bathroom.
The swimming pool level of the residence (approx. 125 sq.m), has an additional separate entrance and is connected with the main living area with an internal staircase made of marble. It includes two (2) bedrooms with bathrooms, a fully built-in electric-equipped open plan kitchen with sun-lounge over the pool, a living room with a fireplace and a dining room as well as a separate WC.

The luxurious fully equipped residence is built and fitted with great care using selective materials to the highest specifications, including marble flooring (Dionysos marble with special obsolescence), fitted wardrobes, Italian thermo-sound double glazing windows, armour-plated entrance doors etc. The furniture and fittings combine the modern with antiques and fine arts. All levels are accessible by an internal marble paved staircase. Inventory list outlining the villa’s equipment during the tenancy period is provided upon arrival and is available uppon request.
